MSS
A mobile stand with a slide-out stainless steel work shelf which is removable for cleaning. Construction is all stainless steel with a tubular stainless steel structure and a solid bottom shelf to store pans or drain hose.
Optional pan slides can be installed Immediately below the work-height surface. The model MSS features heavy duty casters which maneuver easily.
SSS
Similar in size, shape, construction and details as the MSS but mounted on stationary feet with one-inch (1") adjustment for leveling.
STSS
This is a 12" high stainless steel stand with adjustable feet. It is suitable for any Stellar 6- or 8-pan steamer to bring them up to an easy working height.

BZE
A buzzer sounds when the water is low on a Capella model.
VEGA
Stellar designed a condenser hood that fits exclusively on our electric countertop models. Vented steam enters a stainless box which condenses up to 80% of the steam, draining the water to either a floor drain or it's own container. Specify required hose length.

For the Altair II and Capella models. Specify a NEMA receptacle number and we will install a 6-foot cord and plug to your requirements.
HWS-4 & HWS-6
Heat and water shield designed for 4 or 6-pan steamers. The stainless shield is placed on the same side as the controls and helps keep water from splashing into the control area. The shield is recommended for kitchens that use spray hoses for cleaning or when the steamer is installed next to equipment that puts a lot of grease into the environment.
PLB
For the Capella model only. Alternate plumbing for electric steamers to a rear drain with an operational handle on the front of the steamer. Installer must provide plumbing to air gap or floor drain.
PP-4 & PP-6
Prison packages for 4- and 6-pan steamers. The package consists of tamper-proof screws, a stainless locking cover for the controls with a lexan window to view lights, and a secured vent pipe.
RC
For the Capella model. Reservoir Cover - a stainless shield that rests on the bottom of the pan racks and covers the water in the cooking compartment.
SKE
Stacking kit for electric steamers -to stack two electric steamers in the field (double compartment steamers are stacked and connected together in the factory and shipped that way).
SKG
Stacking kit for gas steamers -to stack two gas steamers in the field (double compartment steamers are stacked and connected together in the factory and shipped that way).
TRANS
A transformer to allow an electric steamer to be connected to 480 volt power. |
